The 2017 TASTE 10 Day Food Festival will operate the Food Truck Friday in Central Park at Salt Village Kingscliff on Friday 14 July 3pm to 8pm.  There will also be opportunities to participate in events on Friday 21 and Saturday 22 July - to be advised.

We would appreciate you adding all your information so we have the best understanding of you and your product.

Your Business Number is required. If you are not a business please write the word HOBBY here.

You must provide your number OR write N/A (not applicable). For those booking food stalls - you are required to be under the inspection regime of your Council of residency and have the associated Food Handling Certificates and Council Specifications. We require a copy of all of these certificates prior to the event. Please give exact dimensions of your stall please. If you require more than one tent site please advise. If it is a van, please include the draw bar in the length of your van. Also include if service is from the rear or side of the van.

Hot Food & Beverage Stalls are provided with power (cost involved). Once you have filled this form it will be automatically emailed to our server. We will then process your application and email you our terms and conditions and our stall requirements. Your Taster plates will then be considered and upon acceptance, an invoice for your stall bond will be sent. Bookings are then confirmed once payment has been received and a deposit for your stall will be issued. Please contact the event organiser direct to discuss 0418 720048.

All leads and power packs must be brought by the trader. All must be tagged and tested by a qualified professional.

It is a condition of trading and participating in our event that you take responsibility for any hazards you create whether during set up of your stall - during trading - and pack down of your stall. You accept responsibility for all of your plant, equipment, product and staff at all times and understand that you are required to have all electrical equipment tagged and tested by a professional. We insist on the safety of the public being your priority at all times during any interaction and understand that you will not create any hazards in your stall through set up or otherwise. You understand and agree to holding a current certificate of insurance for public liability. You agree to drive responsibly during bump in and bump out at the event and adhere to the staff and volunteers on site. We insist on safety first and if at any time you are unsure of an issue you will advise a staff member, volunteer or the event organiser immediately. A full copy of the Terms and conditions will be sent to you and we thank you for your acceptance of these terms and appreciate your cooperation in providing a safe environment at our event.

We are unable to control the weather and for continuity and consistency, we will proceed with the event despite the weather on the day. If it is extreme weather and it is not considered safe to continue with the event, the event manager alone will make the decision to cancel and consequently contact all the traders upon such a decision. Attendance is required. Failure of traders to attend and trade will see forfeiture of their bond. No refunds will be given to traders who fail to attend or set up and trade. The event managers decision is final and not open to negotiation. We appreciate your understanding and by marking this field you accept our Wet Weather Policy and Attendance Requirements and fully understand our Terms and Conditions.

FOOD SAFETY: A health inspector from Tweed Shire Council may be onsite prior to and/or during the event. Vendors selling cooked food are required to have a certified food safety supervisor onsite with a copy of their certificate available for inspection. Your food business must be registered with the Tweed Shire Council or your local council if not in Tweed. Vendors will need to supply event organisers with their NAFSIS registration number. All information must be provide to the event manager prior to the event. Please contact Tweed Shire Council for further enquiries on food business registration: www.tweed.nsw.gov.au Not for profit or charitable organizations are exempt from notifying the NSW Food Authority and will not need a NAFSIS registration number to trade. All payments must be received by the dates outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Unpaid Bonds and Stall deposits will not be held!
